Galway Flute Weekend Pre-Registration / Ticket Purchasing

Saturday, March 8th

  • 6:00 pm — Nagahara and Haynes flutes exhibit
  • 7:00 pm — Concert featuring the Galways and BFA Young Artists

Sunday, March 9th

  • 8:45 am  -1:15pm — Visit exhibits. Warmup Session w/ Sir James Galway.  Masterclasses with  Sir James and Lady Galway. 
  • 1:15 pm – 2:45pm — Lunch. Visit more exhibits.
  • 2:45 pm – 7:00 pm — Masterclasses w/ Sir James and Lady Galway; Q & A session w/ Galways; Closing festivities (bring your flute); Visit exhibits.

A limited number of general admission tickets have been reserved for the special online discount.  They will go on sale at 8:00am Tuesday Feb 25th.


Saturday CONCERT

  • Concert General admission – online discount: $25
  • Premiere seating in first 3 rows, Center section (very limited number): $50

Sunday EVENTS: $25.00


The Maliotis concert hall is a small theatre. All $25 tickets are General Admission seating. Be sure to print out the receipt that will be sent to your email address. This will serve as your admission ticket. 


Instructions for using the PayPal ticket purchasing button:

1. Find the type of ticket you would like to purchase in the drop down menu. Select that type of ticket and click “Add to Cart”. The “Shopping Cart” window will then appear in a new tab in your browser. In your “Shopping Cart”, you can change the number of tickets you would like to purchase.

2. If you would like to purchase another ticket or tickets for another day or type, you can click the “Continue Shopping” button. This will close the “Shopping Cart” window, but will save your shopping cart entries. You can then select your second type of ticket in the drop down menu above and click “Add to Cart”.

3. Once you have completed your order, click the “Check Out” button to pay with a debit or credit card or the “Check out with PayPal” button to pay using your own PayPal account.

4. Important: Print out the receipt that will be sent to your e-mail address. This will serve as your admission ticket at the events for which you registered.
